No Dilution Bro... see for yourself. From today;s update

The concern of the company raising money and diluting the shareholders is a misdirected anxiety. OTHM is not committed, has not committed and has no current plans to commit to any 504’s, Reg. A’s or Stock Registrations which would in effect allow this company to ‘Offer’ and/or directly sell free trading stock as a means to raise capital. So those discussions around the Company selling stock, is not only misguided but not even an option afforded to us by law without committing to one of the aforementioned actions.
