Current Management has delivered all the Corporate Files it received from Prior Management for the period from 10/2009 through 6/5/2012 to the Securities and Exchange Commission to review Corporate Activities noted in these files to determine if any illegal activities were being conducted by Individuals and Companies that negatively affected the Shareholder Value during these periods.

As a result of the aforementioned, all Business Plans that Current Management has engaged in to bring Revenue into the Company have been put on hold until further notice or a positive resolution of same.
