Someone put in a 'sell all at market price" before the bell, probably thinking they'd hit the previous day's closing bid, but some buyer (bidder) pulled the rug. Looks like a shareholder with a lot of shares had some bills to pay or maybe cover a margin on another transaction and his broker made him sell.
