well, first of all, trademarks don't generate revenues. Priduct sales do and if GEAR is spinned off, its financial will not be consolidated with LVGI unless LVGI continues to hold a significant stake in GEAR which is unknown and doubtful. Second, even if marketing costs would amount to millions of Dollars (there are no revenues to speak of at this point in time), the relevant question is how much of those would add to LVGI bottom line. If they only cover the cost of marketing, there is nothing that would add value to LVGI.
