Prior to spin-off LVGI had 100% ownership in GEAR revenues. Now they may hold zero ownership in GEAR product sales or a marginal proportion, but get some thousand Dollars a month to pay for google adwords and GEAR merchandise. What's in there bottom-line for LVGI apart from covering the cost of production? LVGI has been robbed of the revenue potential in GEAR for some service work in return! Nice DEAL lol
The only chance for LVGI to recover, imo, is the cancellation of the said spin-off and some management changes.
