Long term, you never know. It all depends on a couple factors 1)the amount of shares available to the public, 2)the amount of those shares held in tight hands, 3) the fundamentals (financial statements basically), 4) growth prospects, and 5)outreach to investors via IR and market awareness. If they can work these things out the right way, it shouldn't been considered impossible. Most solidly run companies work on building a fundamentally strong company with grow prospects and than work on making sure their publicly owned shares are in good hands. Remember, they want the PPS to go up more than anyone (not because they can sell, but because they want the higher valuation from the public). The most important question here should be is there something of value in LBYE? Because if there is than longs should want the company to be as quite as it can so they can make quick profits else where and pour them into here. Time will tell what LBYE really has.

I could see .07 long-term, and long-term to me means a year or two. I think a dollar is realistic long-term. But this only happens once the company can produce consistent results and growth...
