I would like your thoughts please on the following

Isn't ironic that google that keeps historical records on everyone is destroying records related to the vringo case.

This sb a big red flag for the Judge and cause the judge to rule big time in favor of vringo.

It seems our lawyers should stress this point with the judge for an early and punitive Decision on this case for 12/1 or before
