This is true,, All shares will be distributed equal to all GFCI shareholder and Unless that shareholder is on the board or has insider information thier shares are free for trading upon distribution.. In some instances the shares may trade when issued but only when the shares in question are identified with a company that reports it finanicals and shares involved in distribution..hank
