I don't know how valid this letter is in the first place! Basically it is a threat of a lawsuit not an actual suit!

What makes any thing vital here? What I find is this discussion to be comical at best. Most lawsuits are public record. 95% settle, of which bear no impact on the investor. What's been presented is a statement, nothing more. Simply, those of us in penny land look at this stock through the lens of risk-reward. Best case, we make some cash. Worst case, I leave with a very nice piece of Amish furniture...
