Cash - I was ambivalent/favorable on Demarco's tenure until I saw him and other legislatorss and functionaries in person at the Zillow conference last week, and that sealed it.
As shareholders, we need movement away from the current path of legislation and the current status quo, because there is an ENORMOUS amount of hostility IN WASHINGTON towards the old shareholder-owned FnF. There were like a half-dozen favorable to FnF out of 150 people there. I believe we have a better chance of surviving/being treated fairly with liberals rather than conservatives, and that is not a political statement, but a practical one in my view. Either case is not a sure bet.
It is primarily Republicans pushing for the extinction of FnF. Just saying. Not taking political sides, just interested in FnF's survival prospects divorced from ideology.
