Time will tell.

I have been here for a lot of time. And I believe I understand Mr. Rooney better than most by now.

Nobody will be naïve enough to invest in Positron's cyclotron project without POSC having some skin in the game. And from what I know Positron has very little capital mechanisms beyond dilution. A few scanners here and there are NOT the answer.

POS is as close to BK as it is to being a game changer in my opinion.
