hi zandant......as far as new orleans is concerned i am sure they have other more "pressing" issues to deal with, but sometimes going out and getting areas that are considered more difficult first makes more sense then to lock in what the public may constru as taking the "gimmie" inorder to paint a rosier picture...while we can assume that those areas will drop when wanted....all imo...thanks guys.....
