The problem with WNBD is that they don't have a product much different than any other product. If you walk into a store to buy a cleaning product and you see 1000+ "that you have never used or even heard of" and next to it see you see several name brand products that do the same thing and you are familiar with and competitively, or better, priced which one are you going to buy? I'm going to pick the product I'm familiar with. I have tried pretty much all the WNBD products and I can say I'm not at all impressed and their laundry products absolutely suck. Eric is great at carrot dangling and probably doing as well a he can with the products he has. He has to constantly get new customes just to keep the base he has because as he gets new customers he looses old customers which is why sales growth is so pathetic over the last 7 years.

In the 1st couple of years WNBD's 2 sales heads(Lorne and especially Patricia who was the Canadian sales head) were good at getting the products into the stores...but Eric himself was absolutely pathetic and providing the proper branding support to actually turn the product!

Had Eric put half the effort into turning product as he did into his ihub board mod memo's, glad handing emails and most glaringly his never ending blog blah blah blah bs, WNBD may have had a slim chance at a breakthrough.

But millions of dollars in discount share funding went through the 1st round of treasury stock...and the measurable growth/results were simply never produced!

And the only 2 relevant sales heads WNBD ever had left the scene around the time Eric got his mighty blog machine rolling just over 3 years ago while the dilution rate began to get cranked up to historically high proportions...leaving Eric and his lady friend and whatever ihubbers he could muster up to be WNBD's global sales force!

So if the round 2 funders do ever get enough claws into this shell with continued lack of relevant progress/results produced by Eric then I agree that sometime next year they may be in a position to force change.(If Eric ever gives up his preferreds to allow change of control that is)

But as of right now funders would probably view far more value in the post R/S shell itself than any of WNBD's products because one thing's been proven loud and clear...without millions of dollars in proper and concise mainstream branding endeavors, WNBD's products simply aren't selling well enough to turn a profit and the big USA retailers are simply not gonna grant WNBD a full scale national roll out based on the growth results/track record and branding endeavors of the last 7 years!
