Feels like VRNG twilight zone all over again...no urgency by Federal courts for VRNG, WDDD, VHC...etc..feel like all these catalysts are competing on the calendar with 1) Obama patent troll legislation (has no chance of going through but will hit the stocks), 2) overall market collapse which will cut all these in half just from a margin perspective 3)Liquidity needs which will hit stocks depending on amount needed
That was the point I was trying to make the other day Tink. Pacers hit A/Hs as well as during trading hrs and if her decision is reported on pacer A/Hs and it's positive WDDD it will be hard to grab some down here because we don't trade in A/Hs or P/M. Of course if it's the other way around we will be stuck here for awhile longer while WDDD does their thing. For me it's worth the risk vs reward to hold some, so I am.
Two weeks have officially passed, which means two less weeks to wait for the judge's verdict. Her MSJ ruling will be a huge catalyst for the stock. Looking forward to hearing from the judge any day or week now. Her verdict will be here before we know it.
