Alt: I can't see that at all. I think SJ screwed the stockholders on Pixar.
Today I went to the exhibilition at the Museum of Modern Art. It was something planned for a whie and postponed several times. I had to make quick work of the displays, unfortunately, but the whole time I was so sad. This is the end of Pixar.
Pixar was great, but it was independent and free to be creative and a little different. Now it'll be under Disney and will loose its edge, I fear.
Furthermore, SJ made another great fortune and got some control of Disney but the Pixar stockholders get NOTHING from this deal. NOTHING. Sell out.
Pixar is swallowed up, the stockholders are f'd and SJ enhances his financial position and his personal power.
You're thinking, I know, Apple will get something; more downloads for iTMS. That's nothing compared to the cost to the Pixar shareholders.
Total sell out, if that article is true.
