wake up this wasn't a choice. They were notified by the FDA yesterday afternoon. THis was the earliest they could announce it and to wait wasn't possible.

How irresponsible is the FDA in taking the drug from the sickest patients with no alternatives?
if you don't think they did not have any knowledge of the impending decision, then i have a bridge to sell you. you like the harv are amateurs at best. there are things already known within the company that are going to take place weeks out. just because the great and powerful lax dose not know about plans, does not mean that those plans are not happening.
