I've listened to the Sept 16 conf call several times,
The call is a bit choppy, and they jump around quite a bit.


but Malik states that they still need the certificates- He states that RBR and 911 should be finalized after 8 weeks from that period.
"Nothing will happen until then" 16 minute mark (Malik's words)


I don't think that they have all things in order yet.
There were delays and that he was "the culprit" (his words)

The most cryptic sentence, imo, in the call is at 2:15 mark when Malik says that he was told by a "big operator"

"..This company is worth 25 billion to my company....a big operator- I think you know who I am talking about.."

Obviously, $25 bil divided by 1 bil shares = $25 per share

Then Malik continues, speaking about patent infringments.

6 to 8 minute mark:

Malik and Sawyer figure that the patents wont be given for another 8 weeks.

That's approx third week of November.

They dropped ALOT of tidbits in this call.
