I am glad you were able to understand what I was getting at, whereas the opinion based assumptions made at this point are pointless and not a matter of fact, but an opinion based on assumptions derived from unknown details. Hopefully the others will see it as you just have and not use assumptions of the unknown as a fact.

That was my point and though you may not think there is another alternative other than shorting, I assure there are other possibilities. I just posted the most common and kept it short. The complexities involved with some of the lending agreements can be quite challenging and hard to understand. For that reason I am not suggesting what this share lending agreement could entail and for what purpose, without knowing ANY of the details. Nor should anyone at this point assume what this means for the company or it's shareholders, let alone lead others to believe anything about this as a FACT, as it would only discredit everything they state from here on.

For that reason I agree with you that this should be left for each to keep a close eye on and let this serve as a need to rely on actual facts and not what one states as fact. This is why everyone should rely on their own factual DD and not just what they hear.
