Blue I'm a little dissed at this pixr deal. Dis is getting pixr at current market price, usually there is some up bidding in these take out deals, and as a pixr shareholder I'd like to get more than the current market price, maybe 65 a share would be a reasonable premium. And then there is the issue of whether I want to be a Disney shareholder, and I do not.

Steve has I believe, 51% of pixr so if he says sell it happens.

If this is a three way deal and Apple gets something concrete out of this (beyond the "seat on the board"), that would be great, but the pure pixr shareholders have nothing to gain from apple getting access to disneys library. Steve's stake in Disney will exceed his stake in Apple so there will be potential conflict as to where his bread is buttered.

Wow, If that deal goes through AAPL will have an excellent partner in the Digital downloads biz.
