He won't audit bbda. Yea we get that. He did say he would audit the new ticker our shares will be rolled into.

At the open house he said he wouldn't audit BBDA, he would get an analyst to give a valuation to the company at that time and an audit to figure a value for the new company. Both values would be used to figure conversion of old shares to new.
