Can't attest to the validity of other states not having any problems, but Cover Oregon's website became unusable very quickly and has enrolled no one. However, the one time I was able to get on I found the cheapest policy I qualified for was almost twice as expensive as what I last had. I wasn't able to access the policy to see what it entailed and wasn't able to get onto the site again.
