You most likely had to be a shareholder prior to the announcement and have been holding for a certain period. Who knows really, just a guess...

will any one get the dividend? don't know. but doubt it very much. hemp shareholders have been waiting for a full year with out what they said about getting div. so who knows? may be patch Adams. might know.
