Companies use standard software that connects to the stock information services to keep the data updated. But the stock information services do an appallingly poor job of managing things like name changes and moves from one exchange to another. (since the move up to the AMEX MKT some charting services don't give data for NNVC from prior to the move to a higher exchange.

Sorting out that problem may require terminating the account with the current market data service and getting another one(worst case scenario) or just waiting for the service to get its act together or IHUB adapting it's own software somehow (which absolutely should NOT be necessary but the stock info services are not know for their efficiency).
