And you propose Jerry solidifies the necessaries to go from point a to point b, c, and so, how, if not by issuing shares? It is a public company. This IS why a company goes public, to raise capital so that they can continue operations, ultimately succeeding in their endeavors that will prove beneficial to the company and the shareholders. If not by issuing shares when a public company, how else do you suggest he raises capital until he has the product to sell?
