Zag: If you have been reading the RB message board, you would know a few things that are contrary to your thoughts on timeline:
1. The Grifco objective is to submit the financials by monthend.
The auditors were on site in Texas 2 weeks ago.
The President of CTT stated that the auditors found the financials in excellent(or words to that effect).
It may take a month or so, OR it may take a week or so from 2/1/06.

you would be right if you assume that the audit just started 2 weeks ago when the team from NY flow in.

But I believe the audit started awhile back and recently to the wrap up point.

From recent conversation with Jim Dial, he believes that things are on target on that front.
