I am not familiar with this kind of situation, so all I really can do is guess. Should GDGI decide to sell those shares right away, I am thinking that it might be a roadblock to a rally at the time they do so.

The wise thing to do is wait till the share price is like maybe at least 10 cents to get maximum value for them.
Hopefully this is what they do, since Ben said they don't need the Levy money to get rolling.

The really positive thing about shares being returned to GDGI is that it will improve the financials of the company. Companies will actually buy back shares in order to improve their financials, so having shares returned is going to be better since they won't be laying out cash for them.
