This study you mention has not completed a phase 1 study yet even begun one. It is way further off than AMBS's LymPro which is heading into Phase 2 and therefore much closer to commercialization.

As far as the technical aspects of the stock go, the pps is below the 50 and 200 day MA. I find it hard to buy a stock that is below those levels and not based.

I was going to pounce in light of the golden cross.

I am going to wait until the direction of the pps is more clear. Basing would take 6 months, in general. If the pps finds support about the 50 and 200 day MAs then that would be a reason to buy. Certainly, if the golden cross is real, then the pps will find its way above those moving averages.
