exactly, you can't relate the share structure of lvgi to gear. All we can say is that 2 miilion new shares in gear will be owned by shareholders of lvgi based on an os of 500m. Whether that 2m is 100%, 50%, 10% or 1% of GEAR share structure is unclear.
