If you watch L-2 lately on TTEG there are two MMs, that are not the usual retail MMs, they are institutional style MMs, with huge massive bids, bid support at .007 and they have been there for a good while, months. They either setting a bottom, and they are not on the ask selling and diluting, so it may not be dilution, but a large investor sending a message.
