None. Chances are it will then be sold as a shell, reverse split, and the process will start over again. No assets, limited assets or questionable assets will be put in for a massive number of new shares to be sold. Over and over again. Look at the pictures. The painter's are the same. Management is a bunch of liars. All these SCAM"s to sell shares. Par value, book value, none of it is meaningful for valuing BAYP. The preponderance of the assets are capitalized mining costs, which if liquidated would net zero.
Right now there is no practical method for valuing BAYP other than zero. .0000 The only value is "blue sky" and so far, we have not seen any results from that blue sky. And we never will, same as all the other BS stories.
