Too early to say for sure but I am thinking preload by some group. Always hard to tell on day one. NV SOS active only 180 mil AS and 59 mil OS last filing makes it one to watch imo. I got a few .01s and if seller comes back tomorrow gonna try and bid for cheaper see if they fill.
