The only thing interesting about that article is that it is information from 2-3 years ago. GDSM has had no connection to those "mines" for quite some time. Besides, they weren't mines to begin with - they were washed-up prospects from a hundred years ago, with no chance of ever producing anything ever again. Finally, a permit to hard-rock mine in Arizona takes years to obtain.

That "news release" is nonsense, just like everything about GDSM.

Very old news. GDSM is not into (Not that they ever did) Mining for Gold any more.

Some song and dance about how they couldn't find funding, blah blah blah. However, were able to DUMP about 265M shares of this garbage at .02 or higher on 95% of the shareholders here and abscond with the cash. Never to be reported to the IRS or in their PHONY financial statements, that GDSM has now told the shareholders they were in FACT, FALSIFIED to sell shares by the previous CEO.

Not to mention, Jeff Cooper who was the CEO of this charade 4 years ago, sold off his 31M shares at .02 or higher as well, never to be heard from again just before he "Left" the Company.
I am quite confident these Billions of shares are the Lovito/Driscoll clan dumping as fast they can to get out.
