There must still be issues with payment because Treaty now says they will not move the rig till Wednesday? Why wait?? They were going to move it last Monday. so it must be ready to move. I bet it's because they have not yet been paid.

Certainly explains why no drilling was going on Thursday and Friday. Guess the guy that said he saw it differently was looking at someone elses well. Does not surprise me. Just goes to show that first or second hand info from Treaty and friends is not reliable or as they say "no so good", LMAO.

I wonder where Gwyn has been hanging out. First he could not find the Barnes Lease to go to the meeting he supposedly set and now he has lost the Mitchell 5. Leave it to a crooked stock broker to get things screwed up worse than they were already, IMO.
