The guys is a penny stock wheeler and dealer making deals.

This one is like TGG* where they used TGG* shares to fund a whole new operation and TGG* shareholders will be but cut loose eventually with a RS.

TGG* shareholders paying for it all just like ACLP shareholders will pay for all of this.
Restructuring means RS and and possibly a new name cause the new guys probably have there own name already picked out.

As usual the people stuck in this will argue till they are broke and also the ones who are here pushing the paper.

I am just trying to save your money. This is the OTC and these delas are done everyday at the cost of uneducated gamblers money.
