Earplug, thanks but I was interested in "current" outstanding share count as of October 28th. Obviously, it has gone up since then. A share price drop after the great news on the infringement suit, indicates dilution. Take it from experience. Trust me.

I have called and e-mailed the investment relations department and still haven't heard back.

I am knew to this stock and would like some information.
