Penquin, In My Opinion it has everything to do with the case. Miscovich has stated numerous times in different newspapers and the 60 minutes TV show that the Emeralds are worth several hundred Million Dollars, at one point he put the value of the emeralds at one half Billion Dollars. Miscovich has had sole possession of the emeralds for over 10 months. If they were indeed valuable, he could have sold them.
Attorney fee's may amount to 1 or 2 million dollars. If the emeralds were worth more then that? Miscovich wouldn't be almost Bankrupt and if he had paid his attorney's? His Attorney's wouldn't be almost Bankrupt.
Which sounds like he hasn't paid his Attorney's either.
The Value of the Emeralds means everything to ORRV, so in my opinion the value of the emeralds means a lot. According to the newspaper article yesterday, the Court is also looking at Fraud on Miscovich and his partners part in the second Trial.
