Total agreement with this scenario, especially considering that Vrng may have other patents of which to sue Goog.

Lets hope that Nov. brings some clarity as to the judge's decisions in this case.

Google is managed by management who report to the shareholders. Even if google is pissed, they can't ignore their duty to the shareholders. If its cheaper to settle now versus any future pain, they would Settle. Although, no one knows if google is holding a pair of 4's or triple queens.
