Sounds good. If he's a good guy and say you have 10 million shares at .0005, that would have cost you 5k. If Brad has a viable business and is able to get his stock to $2, your 5k is worth 20k.

Let's see if Cotton will submit what the sec requires in order to complete this reverse.
