Clearly there is a note for 100k in the 2010 annual report for debt incurred from a deal with Drexal as has been posted....

notice on the bottom of the page it clearly states the reason for this note and says NOTHING about Rollings.com

The 1st time Rollings.com shows up in ANY filing is the 3qtr disclosure for 2012 filed this month...

notice it shows the note for the Drexal deal AND a new note for the Rolling.com deal....

So to say there is a note for 100k from 2010 is correct but it is not for the same deal as there are NOW 2 notes for 100k from 2010 one is listed on EVERY qtr and annual statement and 1 just appears out of thin air as seen in this post with links to do your own DD.....

So either Conman Clarke has kept company assets and debt hidden from the true owners which is the investors or he and Dwyer are pulling this shell game with debt outta thin air either way it is FRAUD!
