Don't believe a lot of funds out there are willing to invest in a company that is still officially in c-ship and in OTC. If they were they will be short term and hence drastic manipulations you see here with penny stocks.

Both BOA and WFC have UBP (boa @ 23% I believe) in CASS offering whic fitch has at BBB currently. Berkshire is invested in both. Buffett up'd his stake in WFC earlier this year if I'm not mistaken. I'm going off memory here.
