You need revenue. The float and OS keep growing and so will the amount which can be held under 4.99%. 80 million to the float in last 30 days. Need bloggers? Free advertising? Really? When they tell me they can cover the new salaries and the CD holders will not be converting, I'll take interest. Long Side and the other CD holder control this stock imo. The debt was in the mid $200's and grew to over $300K for Long Side alone. They are converting interest and ballooning the structure like before imo.
