hearsay. I listened to the videos from the officials from Belize and they never accused Treaty of misleading to sell shares.

Well I am sure when Bill Hardin gives Treaty back its checkbook, Bull's video camera and all the drilling equipment he is supposed to have in his backyard and garage then Treaty continue its operations in Texas and Belize! LOL!
