Yes, that is the common argument as to why the DTC chill has not been removed, that Nick is not in control. This however, is not what I'm arguing... I 100% already know that he is not incontrol of the DTC.

What I'm arguing and trying to show you... is that eventhough Nick is not in control of the Chill, he still talked a big game of how he was fairly certain the chill was going to be removed.... for over a year now... he tweeted over 15 times about the Chill and how "soon" he was to having it removed.

Realistically, it shouldn't take this long if everything was good to go. It has been 8 whole months since he turned in the paperwork hast it?
