Paul said 2 months before new AS

He said it would take the company 2 months before the Authorized Shares are raised, and that FF wanted him to submit the paper work now to make sure the AS is raised by Jan 1 to cover the CD which is part of the contract.

Hopefully most wil not be issued if we get to cash flow positive by year end as was projected.
