Everyone seems to have lost their understanding of problem:
TWO MINES, Ruby and Fraser, are still not mining because of bureaucratic delays that seem to be resolved, but aren't. And no one can offer an explanation of why so that NBRI can get busy doing their job, PRODUCING GOLD !!!
