There's been 15 months if noise and promises that never came true. Now DUSS has no CEO and no information about anything?
Anyone who has read the last two filings, would surely not be buying DUSS at any price.

That's completely absurd. Get yourself up to speed with current events, the merger CEO resigned after failing at what she promised to do. There is no real CEO here and no disclosed business plan.
Please don't make stuff up, there is no merger, there never was and never will be.
Let's wait for the new so called CEO to make his first communication before speculating on his plan.
