Our response should be the same as the response sent to the German commander: NUTS!
The bombing will cease as the enemy is running out of shells. We will lose many soldiers along the way while new recruits join us in our fight.
All the while, just as we are giving up all hope, the allied commander in the back is gearing up with fresh clothes, hot food, more ammo, and enough reinforcements to run through our adversaries.
This may seem a little outlandish, but look at what we have been through it will all make sense.
