it's valentines day and FNMA will be my new valentine!!! :-) What the important significance is 2014. I believe we will see a steady rise in the sector trend and FNMA is st least so far winning all the legal battles, lawsuits and should be the pack-leader as far as mortgages go and that's even with a cap. But we just got a 6 month reprieve or extension issued on that controversy. FNMA is a GREAT BET IMHO!
