I would not call hiding an asset of the company from its shareholders for almost 3 years being very transparent.

Supposedly TGGI has owned this Rollings.com sub since 2010 but it is not mentioned in any of the filings posted on the OTC until this month. Nor has the debt from the deal for Rollings.com ever been mentioned in the filings...

Think how many share holders have been hurt because the company has never disclosed all of its assets and debt.

No transparency here just smoke and mirror shell games being played paid for by countless shareholders.
