I'd start the phase III bavi trial, announce the expectation of rapid enrollment since they are using sites already trained in the phase II trial.

Nobody will care about a company PR predicting "fast enrollment". I suspect most doubt the company's present claim of under 2 years.

Commit to announce the enrollment at each Q, do so. If those look good it will push the stock.
